Coated steel prices in the China market continued rising this week. The price of GI steel in the Shanghai market increased by around RMB100/ton since Monday. Prices are expected to keep rising due to the increase in the zinc price recently. Zinc prices increased due to tight supplies and rising demand. (May 19)
