| China Steel may increase export price on hot roll and electrical steel products |

It is expected that China Steel Corp. (CSC)'s export price of hot roll steel may increase by about US$20 to 30/ton and its electrical steel price may up by US$10 to 20/ton. The main reason is the company’s prices are lower than that in the global market.
And prices for all other steel products in the fourth quarter may remain at the same level in the third quarter.
Because the freight and the iron ore prices have kept increasing, this made the mills to absorb higher cost.
